




Competence, not age is the key.
Consider where your business is going in the next 1-5 years. Are the skills you need already in your business? Are the people in your business able to be up-skilled to meet your needs?
If yes, it may help to plan what needs to be done in order to get to the skill level required.
Are the skills you need readily available in the market place?
If not, then it may help to plan how to get those people. It might take some tough questions. Are there people that can do the work but do not want to work in your conditions? Can you change the conditions?
